:: Principle ::
Balanced Pressure Thermostatic Steam Traps operate on difference in temperature between steam and condensate. The welded stainless steel Bellow (Element) is self-adjusting over its entire range of operating pressure. This element will discharge the condensate at approx 20° C or 10° C below steam saturation temperature depending upon the type of filling filled in the Element. The Element is also resistant to water-hammer.
